Ben is the comedian of the group, and usually is
ready to launch into a tirade of funny stories or jokes to lighten the
mood. Ben is sort of the
“PR guy” for the Desert Dogs, and does his best to get the word out
about the Desert Dogs.
He’s a very smart guy, and loves to talk about and
debate various subjects – especially politics, religion, and the old
acorn, “What is the purpose of life?”
Ben’s interest in the desert is the same as any
true adventurer. He wants
to find new places and to learn about the area as much as possible –
including its history, geology, and the different wildlife that populate
the area.
“I love to adventure into new territory.
I love to peer into the cosmos at night.
I am fascinated with Native American history and culture.
I feel the desert is actually a safe place to ‘get away’, because
people create problems and with less people, there’s less problems.”
